On this show I had the pleasure of speaking with Sabina Erich, who is the Founder of Hatch Yoga, Author of The Art of Asana, and now focused on Somatic Coaching for individuals with Trauma. Sabina is a lively, warm and gracious lady, who has deep, rich life experience. She provided me with insights into the nature of trauma and how the body's wisdom can help us look at and reframe trauma to help us live a more abundant life now. Sabina is a student, teacher, and coach that helps people look at their lives, with a mindset that is both compassionate and wise, given her own experiences in Argentina, and with her clients in Canada. Our conversation was personal, lively, and fun. It was rich with insights into trauma, its roots, causes, and cures. I was grateful for the opportunity to speak with her. Brett is a professional speaker, trainer, coach, and author, who specializes in mindful communications. As the Host of the Language of Mindfulness podcast. I met Brett as a guest, and he interviewed me previously. Brett is an interesting man, who has distilled a lifetime of deep study and practice into mindful communications. He has a degree in interpersonal communications and has taught meditation to many hundreds of people/ He founded the Quest Insitute mediation center in Dallas Texas. Brett has achieved a lot in his life, having launched several businesses, he also worked at Microsoft as a Sr. Technical Evangelist and Worldwide Technical Readiness Manager. Now he focuses on helping professionals learn the power of conscious, and mindful communication. In all of his work, he offers several key skills that any person can study to improve their professional and personal lives - He says "the limits of what we can achieve personally, professionally, and even as a people - is bounded by our ability to effectively communicate".
