THE MINDFULNESS EXPERIENCE
Every two weeks, we delve into the world of Mindfulness Experience (MEx) concepts and explore their application in our daily lives. We comprehensively examine mindful experiences and their impact on neurology, physiology, biology, psychology, philosophy, and mythology. Our exploration of mindfulness considers how it affects the body, mind, spirit, food, sleep, environment, and relationships in a holistic bid to create a more balanced and fulfilling life. The areas we will strongly focus on include trauma, addiction, entheogens, empathogenic, and psychedelics. We recognize the powerful impact of these substances on individuals and society as a whole. By implementing mindfulness, we can better approach these experiences, heal from trauma, and battle addiction. Entering into empathic and psychedelic states through substances such as psilocybin can help to facilitate a transformational experience, leading to greater self-awareness and a more profound understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
